Pressure washing for driveways, patios and walkways
Concrete and pavers washed down, on their own or as the last step after a cleanout, a haul or a teardown, so the job ends clean.
Signs you need pressure washing
- 01The driveway is stained with oil, rust or tire marks
- 02A patio or walkway has turned dark or slippery
- 03A cleanout or move-out left the garage floor and driveway dirty
- 04Mud and dirt from a dig or a haul are on the concrete
- 05A house is being listed and the outside needs to look its best
- 06Trash can areas and side yards smell and are stained
What we wash
Driveways and garage floors: dirt, tire marks and the grime that builds up where cars park.
Patios and walkways: concrete and pavers that have darkened with dirt and mildew.
After the job: the driveway where a container sat, the garage floor after a cleanout, the concrete after a demolition or a dig. Washing down at the end means the job doesn’t leave a mess behind.
Pressure washing on its own is a small job, so it is often added to a cleanout or haul so it is done while we are there.
Doing it without damage
More pressure isn’t always better. Too much pressure, or the tip held too close, can etch concrete, wash the sand out of paver joints and strip paint. We match the pressure to the surface, sweep or blow off loose dirt first, and wash with the slope so the water runs where it should.
Oil and rust stains often lighten without disappearing, because they soak into the concrete. We tell you before we start what is likely to come out and what is likely to stay.

What decides the price of pressure washing
Pressure washing is priced on the area, the surface and how dirty it is, and costs less when it is added to another job.
| What it depends on | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Area | Square footage of the driveway, patio or floor. |
| Surface | Pavers and stamped concrete take more care than plain concrete. |
| Stains | Oil and rust take extra work and may not fully come out. |
| Added to a job | Washing at the end of a cleanout or haul saves a separate trip. |

Call (805) 794-2842Can you pressure wash after a cleanout?
Yes. Washing the garage floor and driveway after a cleanout or move-out is one of the most common add-ons.
Will pressure washing remove oil stains?
It usually lightens them. Oil that has soaked deep into concrete may not come out completely, and we tell you that before we start.
Can pressure washing damage pavers?
Too much pressure can wash out the sand between pavers and etch the surface. We use the pressure the surface can take.
Do you wash patios and walkways?
Yes, concrete and pavers, along with driveways and garage floors.
